Monster Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Monster

Rating: 4.0

He smiled at me
When I was standing
At the door of our hut
He came closer
Put his palm on my
Hungry belly
He gave me his finger
And I walked behind him
In the lonely street
It was noon time
He bought me ice cream
I was thirsty
He gave me chocolate
Unwrapped the cover for me
And fed me with his hand
Smiling and patting my cheeks
I smiled too for his care
Told him uncle you
Were so good
He offered me dresses and
Packets of biscuits
I needed them for my brother
The sun had gone down the sky
To stay for a while
At the top of the hill
I hummed in joy
Held the packets of biscuits
Tight to my chest
My brother would be happy
He guided me through the door
Of a building half fallen
And closed the doors
Behind us
It was semi dark inside
He took out the handkerchief
From his pockets
And I stared at him
To see the magic as
Darkness was falling across
The cracked walls
He made me lay on the floor
I felt numbness gripped my feet
There was darkness all around

Good poem. Like watching a real movie. Rape is pure evil
