This is Metro City,
Metro Railway,
Underground Railway Station City
With the tracks underway
Interconnecting the city
Tunnelled deep
Running with a circumference,
You going, going below,
Whispers at some points leaving,
Leaving you not,
Agonized,
Agonized souls,
Souls and spirits
Following,
Following you
As shadows,
Shadows spooky
Stammering.

The night is dark
And you stepping,
Stepping into,
Taking to the stairs
Leading,
Leading you down
Into the earth,
Tunnelled,
Tunnelled deep and down,
But the shadows,
Shadows following,
Following you,
Leaving you,
Leaving not behind
To say,
Say to you,
This is Metro,
Metro City,
Metro,
Metro Railway.

Do not,
Do not be frightened,
Frightened
But if come you,
Come you with some,
Some nefarious motto,
We shall,
Shall catch you,

Apparition figures,
Figures
And shadows following,

At the dead,
Dead of night

Agonised and weeping,

O tortured,
Tortured and tormented souls
Unable,

Pain and sorrow of life
That it inflicts,

Which but some bear it,
Some fail to!

When the world sleeps,
When the world awakes,
The tunnel knows it,
Knows it not,
The pit,
The pit dark and deep,
Where they too live,
Live in
Who could not,
Could not their emotions
And succumbed,
Succumbed to
In a fit,
A fit of rage
But they repenting,
Repenting,
Forbidding,
Fobbing anyone,
Anyone who chooses,
Chooses the path as such,
As such chose they
And made a mistake,
A great mistake
Which but turned,
Turned into repentance.
