Match Influx Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Match Influx

Match influx

You are not alone
We are all human
Fully live to your agony and pain
How long we may remain only concerned?

We are sure the phase may pass
With no more impasses
The golden days may return
And make it possible to come back again

Violate no hospitality
When you land on shore of another country
See that other elements are exposed
And the trust is reposed

Most sufferers of all are children
They have seen hatred in original form
What have we done to humanity?
They often ask and get no reply from anybody

Our behavior has become suspect
And often reflected in acts
Many poor countries have given access
But what they get in return to face?

Their resources can't match influx
They are in fix
Their economy is in doldrums
Yet they allow for the want of their freedom
