Man Is Horribly Crazy Poem by Hebert Logerie

Man Is Horribly Crazy

I was horribly crazy
To have given you my everything
My heart, body and soul
Who are you? Who are you, woman?
Man cannot live without you
But in return you give us a haunted cross
I gave you my best smiles
My strength, my energy and my laughs
You buried everything in your big suitcases
Watches, rings, pants and shirts
Man often acts silly in front of a pretty woman
But he forgets that she is a hot flame
Who burns breasts and destroys hearts
It's silly to act stupid or to make mistakes
In front of her shadow. A woman is not happiness
On the contrary, she heads the belligerent army
This woman is often underhand, bitter and nasty
Nevertheless, she is indispensable to the poor man
Adam, remember the bizarre story of the apple
I felt doltish and annoyed
To crash the Halloween party
I was horribly crazy
To deceive myself like a toy.
