Allow me to wax poetic
Dare my words begin to wane
For i am not unlike the moon
Oft' times i am a bit insane;

I am not unlike the tides of reason
I am not unlike the oft' barren shore
Allow me to wax poetic, please
As once upon a time in days of yore;

Back in the days of prolific poetry...
Back when words were oft' sublime
Back in the days of the great poet's
When their words became magical rhyme;
