Lost Internally Eclipsed
I used to bask in the sun,
Loving the brilliant warmth of the day.
But many a year have passed since then,
Now spending my time with the stars,
As the moon smiles down on me,
But i can't help but feel betrayed.
Born without a light in the sky,
Eclipsed are the lands i know.
Feeling lost in a sea of people,
I will never again know myself,
Because that is me.
