Lonesome Fate Poem by Brianna Stuckey

Lonesome Fate

Rating: 1.8

Nothing she does can ever take back the mistake that'll be made.
Sun; hot and high hangs in the sky, she hides in the shade.
With each day and with each crack she begins to fade.

Her hearts unknowing his to take,
but their's to break.
She crawls under and past the emotions she can't seem to shake.
She won't give in so the only thing left is to fake.

She fights as it builds in her, she won't expose-to them-her tears.
They feel the storm stirs as she nears.
She, one person, is one of their biggest fears.
She cries and she sobs and groans and she screams, but only he hears.
A stretch tears from her throat, a sound so horrid they can't help but to cover there ears.

They all calm, letting out a relieved moan.
The knowledgeable her would have known.
She has not an ally, as always she is in this one alone.
At this rate they would never trust her, never letting off the now familiar tone.
Her monster- her hope- their fate, needs to be shone.
