Life Is Nothing Poem by Edwina Reizer

Life is nothing without you.
It's just continuous time.
Its meaning is lost on me, I fear.
It's just one unendurable climb
to find where you are.
and feel its meaning again.
I felt it before.
I must find it anew.
For life is nothing without you.

Life was everything that life can be
when time stopped moving so slow.
It meant that all the things that I had
kept my life aglow
with pieces of happiness
shining like the sun.
And why was that?
It was because we were one.
We were in tune
with life.
