Preparing to win competitions,
Is not as difficult...
As preparing to provide,
Reliable competent leadership.
And many who have won,
Competitions to win them.
Are seldom the ones to be witnessed,
To be competent leaders.
Leaving the ones who are competent.
And prepared.
Often overlooked.
Because of their inability,
To afford the cost it takes...
That some can pay to sit,
In leadership positions.
And portray the having of competence.
