Last hope
Sunday,16th May 2021

I see in you the last hope
that goes in mind non-stop
with one bright ray emerging
and urging

you never bowed
and allowed
others to dominate
but donated your total time

you were with poor
and next door
neighbours and downtrodden
not forgetting them even

you looked at the rising sun
and surprisingly even
at the strangers and countrymen
for looking like a wonderful human

whatever be your capacity
you had established already
in the eyes of people
as a pioneer and struggler
