Justice Is Questioned

When there is a case in the death of the first party
and the second parts
at best with two unequal answers
if to the very same person
when the second has taken the life of the first
and the dead can not speak thereafter
one has claimed, one has sworn and falsely confessed
and the one he has sworn to protect
and that death was denied by not being pressed,
justice would never presume
that the one whom not killed be given such rights
that were not accorded the dead.

I think, you have expressed your view on death by the policeman who wanted to surrender and was without arms...police has shown cruelty...it is clear cut caseof racism, I condemn the main problem of police is not having transparency through out the world not only in US // thanks keep it up
