Is it love?

It makes you sad
when something is said
in response to your love
and you really believed in each word

"We shall no longer pull on"
he went on
to say seriously
I was shocked immediately

I remained in the pensive mood
nothing was liked even the food
it was well understood
what was bad or good!

it took seconds to shatter dreams
that we had built as a team
I brushed off the idea from the mind
"I will cruise ahead" I tried to find no excuses

we are not the pet animals
and kept tied with by the people
we need freedom of thoughts at least
each individual is free to think what is best for him or her
