There is no consultation
there is no relation
democracy is compulsion
there is no other option

democracy is neither a choice
nor a promise
it is a surprise
for all those who comprise the bulk of territories,

we have inherited infant democracy
with a higher rate of illiteracy
and poverty at its peak
we are not in a position to speak about misery

such a mass chose leaders
who have come from a poor background
they have not seen the comfort and luxury
and now they have got a free hand under the name of democracy

there is nothing like an unfortunate
when we relate
the democracy in a genuine sense
the politicians along with the corrupt system make it more nonsense

injustice prevails everywhere
we bribe somewhere at will
and kill the spirit
it is always followed by the greed

It wrecks the rest of the country
either by the narrow political interest and led
the illiterate mass with muscle and money power
still, it is good for us to dream and usher in a free environment
