Show me where you often go, to let yourself unwind

Is it a far away retreat, or is it rather near
Is it a room of quiet rest, or a land that's full of cheer

Perhaps it's where you laugh and joke, or where you simply smile
Perhaps it's where you dance and sing, or where you walk your mile

Maybe it isn't a place at all, but there within your heart
Maybe the spot is up above, where hopes and dreams all start
