The first time ever our eyes have met
there was much promise I can't forget

though at the time, I wasn't aware
If I'd discover feelings being there

Fantasies were to fill my head
Similar to the tales i've read
Such things didn't really exist
Still I've longed to feel a kiss

Pressed upon my lips
this is not a script
found there on the movie screen
where we would of watched as teens

but

each moment will forever live in my heart
and I don't think I can shake the thoughts
