I love the moon
That keeps shining upon
Me in the night
I love it for its soft beam
Its classic beauty and
For keeping my yard bright
I love the moon
For you have the beauty
And shine like it
Its love for me is
Pure and sublime like yours
Like you it is so sweet
I love the moon
For its divine beauty keeps
Me inspired to write
I love you more
When I see the moon in the sky
Making a magnificent sight
