For an equilibrium,
Three forces are needed,
For equilibrium of my heart,
The first force is truth,
And the second is evil,
And the third force?
I don't know.
My heart is hungry,
My heart is thirsty,
My heart is dirty,
My heart is a slave,
Of desires and emotions,
And my soul!
I don't know.
I tried to clean,
I tried to sweep,
I removed the dust,
I removed the rust,
Why so sticky?
The layer of frust!
I don't know.
Sometimes I am good,
Sometimes I am bad,
Why it's so?
Someone from inside,
Replied me dear!
The third hidden force,
Is nothing but moderation!
Extremism is a sin,
Be moderate,
Moderation is essence,
Of ethics at the vertex
Wash it with tears,
And remove the frust,
Live carefree.
Who replied me?
Was it truth in me?
Or the evil in me,
Was it my soul?
I don't know.
There are two opposing forces within man.... good and evil. With human frailties, we cannot be totally good. If we are only goodness, we no more are humans, but angels! If we allow evil to gain supremacy over everything, we will be satans! What is needed and is possible is moderation! So let us be men of greater good and lesser evil! Enjoyed this philosophical write!
from the perspective of a human being we cannot be good always.and cant do evil always...very fascinating.............enjoyed it
A lovely penning about the continuous conflict in our mind between the good and evil. The evil's paths are always easier and alluring to put us in den. But for ultimate peace and satisfaction we have to walk in the good pathway. And to endear that path we require moderation and rationalism.... Very thoughtful write
