I Caught A Fish Poem by Piolo Jan Lugo

I was bored that time,
When a blast of idea comes in my mind.
A weird thing that sounds like a chime,
Oh! A fishing rod I should find.

I was walking beyond my imagination,
When I realized I went the wrong way.
A very disappointing notion,
Oh! This will start my day.

I was heading to the sea,
When a glimpse of the sun was setting free.
A joyful experience that was kept for me,
Oh! I want to count from one to three.

I was sitting holding my fishing rod,
When I realized t’was already an hour waiting for a fish.
A day I thought was really bad,
Oh! I need one, only one how I wish.

I was about to take off,
When my rod did swoosh and swish.
A thing that was heavy I never thought of,
Oh! Of my surprise, I caught a Fish.
