I am waiting for the sun
Since the day I was born
To shower upon me its
Mild ray with a pleasant morn

I am waiting for the sun
To give me its holy glow
To win over dark night
To measure the sky moving low

I am waiting for the sun
To help me rise sky high
To take me with it to the
Realm where peace and love fly

I am waiting for the sun
To come down and kiss
My hand to congratulate
For I could fulfilled my wish
