Happiness Is Seldom Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Happiness Is Seldom

Happiness is seldom

Pleasure you always get
"Even if not speak" I bet
It is personal opinion
But not insisted upon

Why you need?
Big palaces and libraries to read
Great volumes of books
To cook in mind

You need no empire
To acquire
Potential to absorb
And then later on sob

It helps nobody
Until you speak to anybody
Open your heart for some advice
Your concern shall be addressed at once

We are creating our own foolish kingdom
Where happiness is got seldom
It is fool's paradise
Where you have no surprises
