'Glasses To Sea' Poem by NiQi Deveaux

'Glasses To Sea'

Oh sea glass, as waves crash
Cares and worries fading fast
On the beach, out of reach
Sand is hot under my feet
Waves crash a song, sunlight shon
Your shimmer's like diamonds set upon
Finest gold, no pose holds
Seashores gentle push and fold
You're out of sight now, thought I might
Pluck you but you've settled tight
Nestled into pebbled borders, move,
The beat of tides is how you groove
