Solution must be found
Quickly and effectively
Without beating the bush.

We need a specialist
Who's general
And a generalist
Who's special.

Solution's often found
From knowledge one acquires
From several related fields
With keen observation.

Finding the solution
Quickly's the key
No one cares if one who solves
Is a generalist or specialist.
