Forever And Ever Lasting Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Forever And Ever Lasting

Rating: 5.0

Forever and ever lasting

You were forever
For me and there
Still wanting
And sending

Flowers of pink color
That was real honor
You gave whatever you could
Least expected as I should

Never ask, why you only?
You are created by almighty
Only for me alone
Sad days are now gone

I know inwardly you admire
With smile and no satire
As I am the only one
You may else share with none

You never resisted embrace
Or insisted plainly on face
Your face turned red
As if freshly fed

I hide nothing
As you had in mind something
I have expressed and hold
You are my complete world

Kiss or no kiss but I miss
Morning dew and bliss
You were like cuckoo’s voice
Sweet in tone and full of promises
