When you love yourself, others will love you too
Taking the best care of your body, the best you can do.
Knowing that your body is the temple of God,
Will work for you well, gives you health and save you from the rod.

If you love and respect yourself you will do same with others,
They'll give you back same and you'll never be part of the losers.
Perfect health comes from an organized, healthy mind,
Work on that and you will never be left behind.
