Fever
Down with fever
was my love forever
my eyes all over
on my child with fever.
Body hot, lips dry
my child slept with a cry
moaning and groaning cry
paining and hurting cry.
The heat was felt
the pain was felt
the cry was painful
but I was all hopeful.
The fever would subside and
my baby would sit upright.
You have expressed very well the concern a mother has for a sick child. Nice poem indeed.
Yeah..A Mother gets very tensed and depressed when her child suffers from any ailment.. Very well expressed the pain a mother goes through..10++++
