False Redemption Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

False Redemption

What Should we?
To feel free
From outside worries
That carries

Most of the day is seized with tension
That is not worth to mention
Who is responsible?
For all these troubles

It is we only
And should own wholly
The nature has not changed
But we have failed to manage

We want to show
That how much we can grow?
Match with changing world
With tendency so cold

In process, we have lost
Contact with nature at personal cost
Now we live with illusory dreams
With no concern for human

Even in religious congregation
We go with false redemption
Show how much we are blessed with fortune
The church, temples or mosques have not remained immune

Thought Provoking Spencer Metcalfe15 minutes ago I appreciated the thoughts put forth in this piece. The idea the we're moving forward without concern for ourselves resonates true with me.
