FALL FROM THE MOUNTAINTOP
you say you are king and queen of the mountaintop and your good
Fortune will never stop and you say that you have it all, and from
Your throne you will never fall.
You look down upon the people who have less than you
Yet they have smiles and are happy too.
They have more faithful friends and family too and that's
More than they can say for you.
You worry about who is looking to steal your wealth and
it's a fear that you always felt;
The common people know the streets, and the challenges they do meet.
They'll share their bread with their fellow man and always give a helping hand.
They Live to Love and Love to Live and this is something they freely give.
Yes! You may be king and queen of the mountaintop, but we have something
That you have not.
We have dignity and self respect and that's something you'll never get.
"You can keep your political power, but we all pay in the final hour"
