Eloquence In Couplets - 2
It is excellent to sing in chorus, the songs of ‘Garland to God'
..Said by Sambanthar of Sirkazhi!
In the novelty emanated by the fragrance of Madurai jasmine,
..The wine will lose its pride!
If you go to Thirupathi, turning point will come to life,
..With likes and desire, be not sleep!
It offers you sweetness if you think of Halwa of Tirunelveli,
..But will the paddy sprout out from grass?
Seeing the celebration of ‘festival in the month of Thai'
..in KuLithalai, take bath in river Cauvery with rejoice!
If the nests of honeycomb are smashed,
..Bees will sting, Oh' the body gets shivers!
The lake of Kodaikanal and gathered clouds over will offer
..the gift of eliminating the difference of opinion and disunion!
There is the port and harbor in Royapuram,
..There will not be any fear during nights!
The Goddess Mariamman of Virudhunagar
..Will give the award for the poet with glory!
Due to the severe cyclone that attacks Cuddalore,
..The ocean will roar without controlling of sound!
Attracted by the melody of Songs of the poet from PattukOttai,
..The buds of flowers will bloom with pleasure!
Note: Sirkazhi, Madurai, Thirupathi, Tirunelveli, KuLithalai, Kodaikanal, Royapuram, Virudhunagar, Cuddalore and PattukOttai are important places in Tamil Nadu State, South India.

குறட்பா வித்தகம் - 2
சீர்காழி சம்பந்தர் செப்பிய தேவாரம்
சேர்ந்தே யிசைத்திடச் சீர்.1
மதுரையின் மல்லிகை வாசம் கொடுக்கும்
புதுமையில் தோற்கும் மது.2
திருப்பதி சென்றால் திருப்பம் வருமாம்
விருப்புடன் தூங்கா திரு.3
நெல்லையின் அல்வா நினைத்தா லினித்திடும்
புல்லில் விளையுமோ நெல்.4
குளித்தலையில் தைப்பூசக் கொண்டாட்டம் கண்டு
களிப்புடன்கா வேரி குளி.5
தேனியின் கூட்டைச் சிதைத்திடில் கொட்டிடும்
மேனி நடுங்கிடு தே! 6
கொடைக்கானல் ஏரியும் கூடும் முகிலும்
விடைதல் விலக்கும் கொடை.7
இராய புரத்தில் துறைமுக முண்டே
இராப்போதி லச்சம் இரா.8
விருதுநகர் மாரியம்மன் மேன்மை யுடனே
தருவாள் கவிக்கு விருது.9
கடலூரைத் தாக்கும் கடும்புயலால் சத்தம்
அடங்காமல் சீறும் கடல்.10
பட்டுக்கோட் டையாரின் பாட்டின் இனிமையில்
