The river in December
Do you remember?
When time was graying
Old leaves decaying?
We walked by that water,
That mindless water.
Watching two leaves in their reflection
Swept away without direction.
We walked by that water,
That mindless water.
Following them until we were frozen
For there was no end to that way once chosen.
By the Rivers of Mississipi, we're frozen, our love as cold as the ice, encrypted till the next winter, in December.I luv vit my dear Sandra! ! ! Best Wishes, Sulaiman Mohd Yusof

Those might have been sad memories. But these lines have come to us in a joyful tune of softness and warmth. Thank you so much, dearest Sandra.
Great Write from the depth of experience..., that moments lead everyones nostalgic grey memmories, nice...10++
Your imagery as always is vivid and beautiful. This sets a pensive mood of a relationship not going anywhere. 10 Karin Anderson
