Destinical Purposes Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Destinical Purposes

Feeling the quickening pace of rhythms as they edge closer
to pathways of other universes beyond those we are aware
of and used to.

Claiming their glory and wonder, capturing their essence
in the folds of our brains where we have yet to explore,
many neuro pathways are hiding the wonder of our brains.

We need to explore and discover their purposes so we can
then test and find out what they hold in store for each
of us.

Destinical purposes may be able to be brought into avenues
of living where we can continue living for longer periods
of life here on earth.

You assembled many wonders around the common theme of our increasing awareness of the vastness of the cosmos, the untapped regions of the human mind, and even our extended lifespan. Implicit in your poem is the. need to prepare today's humans for these life-altering and perhaps scary possibilities. Some will see the Hand of God; others the Hand of Fate. But everyone must be prepared, because as T. S. Eliot write, HUMANKIND CANNOT BEAR TOO MUCH REALITY. Perhaps a New Revelation is coming.
