Desert Sands Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Desert Sands

Empty seats sitting before me, watching,
waiting expectantly for a reason to be
filled before the night is over.

Lifelong images running through my brain,
taking particles of desert sands, spreading
them over vast expanses of imagination and
letting go.
