Customer Is Queen Not King Poem by Hardik Vaidya

Customer Is Queen Not King

Who ever said customer is the King,
Does not quite know ding dong ding of selling.
The customer is the Queen.
She chooses, she fancies, she desires, she commands.
Who are you, me and they to tell her she is less pretty than the money she parts?
Is she wants to call you Arnie, be happy
If she wants to call you goofy, be happy
If she wants your product to be named after her puppy, do it
As long as she pays for it, we love it, we love it, we love it
You cannot sell a queen what she does not fancy,
Have you managed to sell a Rain coat to a lady who fancies a bikini?
They know their minds, they know their kind, they know what perfume will meet their style,
Just tell them this one is made for you your highness, it suits your pearls and your eyelids.
Selling is an art, you cannot teach Mozart.
Yet millions are blown teaching sales folks excellent selling,
Sales folks are like your puppy dogs,
Pet them, kiss them, call them Bruno,
Give them a nice entertainment expense budget,
Decent clothes allowance, they like fashionable collars,
And the leash it has to be hidden,
As it is you hold them responsible
Right from Rains in Siberia to Droughts in America,
And not to mention the Budgets of a Millennia.
