Cup Of Joy Poem by Natarajan Ramaseshan

Cup Of Joy

Enjoy, enjoy life's cup of joy
Don't be sullen, don't sulk or be coy.

Watch the hues on the heavenly canvass
That merge, submerge and then emerge as
A new, fresh and enchanting design
On ev'ry daybreak and evening divine.

Bewitching beauty, that's Nature's bounty
Beckons you- revel in God's aplenty.

Hear the music serene and sweet
Which is ecstasy's highest seat,
As one raga softly and subtly glide
Into another on a harmonious tide.

Swallows, parrots and nightingales
Regale you with life's happy tales.

Human soul is gentle in its core-
Feel it, share it-grieve no more!
