Contradictory Peace Poem by Dillian Hansen

Contradictory Peace

Rating: 4.5

I have felt peace
with comfort in mind.
I have felt dred
often watching my time.

I have smiled,
greeting a friend.
I've filled a shirt with tears
since ones life had end.

I've always been
a boy with it all.
my ownings and treasures
have always been small.

I have been cherished
by a hefty number.
Bent to be despised
I am the quiter.

I have never been disappointed
when hearing my name.
Shading my face in a crowed;
I'm tired of these emotional
games.
