Chair Poem by Margaret Beil

Chair

I am your comfort zone
We cuddle up together
I like it when it rains
When it's windy
When the candles are lit
Because we snuggle up together
And you get your 'JAMAICA INN' novel
And sometimes you read to me
You leave your pen down my side
So you can do the crosswords
And Sudoku
I don't mind
I know you'll be back
You know I love you, don't you?
