Best You Can Be

Everyone sees a quiet girl
But if your daring and give talking to her a whirl
You'll find in a pile of rocks, a pearl

You have an amazing talent for art
Because you hold love close to your heart
Or maybe just because your smart

You have what every girl should need
A great personality without a hint of greed
And eyes like a diamond bead

So whos daring enough to see?
A guy who thinks shes the best she can be?
Oh wait thats me

Poem of the Day

poet Edmund Spenser

My love is like to ice, and I to fire:
How comes it then that this her cold so great
Is not dissolved through my so hot desire,
But harder grows the more I her entreat?
