Being Humiliated Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Being Humiliated

No one lives a life,
Without mistakes to make.
Or doubts to face disappointment.
Only those unafraid to know what it takes,
To leave behind being humiliated.
And done to do with a tested faith,
Kept everyday.
Regardless of the obstacles,
Real or imagined.
Will keep their steps moving forward,
Despite who takes time to pass judgements.
With this to believe,
Defeating someone's efforts to endeavor...
Others accept to witness as success.
