Ask not what others lack!
but what stake you put!
one must shut the eyes
and try to assess self

the wind direction has changed
people have failed to manage
and hold the moral ethics
this is basic of the civilized society

have not we become selfish?
for the gain of few coins, we finish
the life of the innocent
and still present ourselves as an honest

we know life has become cheap
no one can keep
aloof from changing scene
how long can we, it has to be seen?

love has taken a back seat
only for the show, we greet
keep a fake smile on the face
but take no steps to stop hatred
