Anyone who has loved

Anyone who has ever loved like I have loved
Knows how I am feeling inside

Anyone who has ever kissed goodbye knows the pain
Anyone who ever dried her lover’s tears knows how much it kills inside
To anyone who ever counted the seconds until she sees her baby again
Knows the whole meaning of losing herself

To anyone who ever been loved as much as you loved me
Knows how blue the nights are when you’re not near

All the memories on the beach
Your touch still remains on my skin
Your laughter still echoes in my bed
You voice still talks to me in my sleep
Those memories still lingers like a motion picture that keeps repeating over and over again

Your smiles I will never forget
Anyone who has ever danced under the summer moon with her baby knows how it feels to fly.
Anyone who ever had her baby gaze in her eyes like a helpless child knows the whole meaning of falling in love.

Baby you must know how much it hurts
In my heart it never seems to be over.
All I can think of is you and the way you loved me.

Poem of the Day

poet Robert William Service

Just Home and Love! the words are small
Four little letters unto each;
And yet you will not find in all
The wide and gracious range of speech
Two more so tenderly complete:
