Persian Nightingale

An Instant Need

Night time stories
Fond caresses
Lay around you
Blonde tresses,
Cherry lips
Dimpled cheeks
Deep blue sky,
Oh darling
I’m far from you
Why? ,
I need to remain a child
And hear your coo
Will I be befriended
Heartily by you?

Poem of the Day

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
