All laymen
No we were not there
To witness and suffer
The plight and agony
That was inflicted on many
It was freedom struggle
That was waged by brave people
But what happened at the end?
What signals we have sent?
Is there any future hope?
To stop
All kinds of atrocities
On poor and destitute
I shall share
Their future
With mine'
To feel fine
Let them get their rights
With flame to light
For welfare of all
And enjoy the liberty call
We are not sectarian people
Or barbaric in principle
We are liberal and human
For all laymen
