He has desired to go
Through untrod fields,
Finding dull treasures others leave
And picks the greatest yields.
Some worthwhile gems he stores
For future times
Others he gently picks and cleans
Then writes them in as rhymes.
A fair observation that we, as poets, take our inspiration from life experience and pass it on within the confines of our own styles. Telling it like it is!
