The darned life crawls through the smooth & silky roads
But rival thorns; And he feels the fragrance of a distant Gypsy flower
But his patchy lungs won't keep enough breath for the tiresome journey.
*To my first kind critic of the site
poetess Amanda. Lukas
You are an imagist worthy of the name. May all of your critics be kind ones. As always, Sandra
Sometimes men too are like that in some conditions...............Handicapped by circumstances they are unable to achieve life's goals and pleasure.....Good Write...10+++
hmm, i love this one because it captured my attention with the beautiful imganes i had while i was reading this from me as a young poet to you KEEP WRITING.
The darned life crawls through the smooth & silky roads////// Smooth sailing does not make any sailor...........smooth sail is just a one day wonder and comes with a transitory expiry date or day..... Critics are always for good though strong language may appear harsh-but they are beneficial. They metamorphose you and your thinkability to counteract.
