Sumana S C Poems

I know,
The memories of the past have perplexed you,
Like an insect entangled in the venus fly trap.
None can rescue you,
...

There was green grass under your feet,
Azure sky in your eyes.
Did you ever love the crimson?
Then why did they bathe your body
...

My heart fails to voice my feelings.
Feelings are inurned.
In every step of my life
I sense an unbearable pain in my heart.
...

I am fine..
Is there any other happiness
More than that? ?
Acidity, bile, melina everything
...

I reconnoitre in quest of God
And the sun put the brakes on my track.
Said,
God is no more.
...

In your company I forget the despondency,
That underlines my daily pursuits.
Yet when I am alone, I find myself,
In a vast mist of solitude.
...

I loved you not...
...that much is true.
But now when you are gone,
why do I miss you?
...

Life is infact, like a sea.
Waves are formed. When storm comes.
Which makes the otherwise calm sea
Violent, wild and unruly.
...

Life is infact, like a sea.
Waves are formed. When storm comes.
Which makes the otherwise calm sea
Violent, wild and unruly.
...

Tears.... Idle tears
Surge up within my heart and
In the corner of my eyes;
None can see.
...

I need to do something
I need to work
I can't waste away my time..
I need to be organized in my thoughts.
...

Astounded I reminisce the day
When love's mysterious rudiments ushered in my heart;
Dissentient to the admonitions.
...

My life feels incomplete,
My house doesn't bask in the sunlight.
Alone I go to bed every night,
Welcome every morn with the same plight.
...

The end was abrupt,
And so was the beginning.
But the memories lingered on.
The eyes that bared the soul
...

This ain't daybreak, Roseanne.

The soft rays of the sun,
The dew laden wet green grass,
...

Each thing in its place was best,
Strengthened and supported the rest.
I too found my place in the quest,
To fulfil my dreams, to live in jest.
...

As God held my hand
And walked me through the heaven gate,
I could not but keep on looking back,
Worrying about your wellbeing after my death.
...

Your Amber eyes paralyze me.
How beautiful they are, the lordly ones.
And your kiss more sweet than May-day morn.
I did not want to do it,
...

Premonitory Admonition

I know,
The memories of the past have perplexed you,
Like an insect entangled in the venus fly trap.
None can rescue you,
Do you know why?
You have forever believed
My judas-kiss to be unalloyed truth.
Not even for once thought,
Promises hardly have any value.
You saw through my improbity- a talismanic mirage.
With cult adoration ran towards it,
Only to be perished, wrecked and ruined.
The star has disappeared from the northern sky,
How will you find your way?
O way less traveller! Led estray by me,
Wait.
My miracles have not yet ended.
There are a lot more to come.
This is only a premonitory admonition.
