Don't you understand that you'll never get better?

and watch me die.

I know you're there, hiding.
I call your name, its time to leave.
Why do you still cling on to life?
I am your guide, leading you to paradise.

As black feathers fall,
Awash with the scent of decay.
As blood deliquesces in ice,
Angels have fled to darkers days.

She wakes.
Slumbering until this chill of night,
From the jaws of hell she brings her song,
Despair and die.

Lay me down tonight.
Don't mourn for my passing.
I sold my soul to evade the light,
There's nothing left worth redeeming.

Keep me company,
The final consolation of the damned
Is this how it ends?
When angels fall like tears
