Whispering softly in my ear.
The pale pink curtains flutter’d
And waved from the windows near.

Yet kicked out when started to sing,
How does it feel to be the odd one out?
Ask the cuckoo exiled from the crow's nest.

There he goes, moving slowly
And so lonely before me;
Both walking under the canopies
Of saffron clouds and golden trees.

Lost in the depth of twilight
Where dreams become my only light;
Shuddering truths shadow the world
With cruel claws and jaws that hold

The stars have come down
To Earth, to dissipate the woe,
And towns in their glow do drown.
Gathering under the mistletoe,

Bathing in the moonlight
She laid on her bed
With O Fortuna playing beside.
Her thoughts rose and fell

I'm a girl
Who's broken beyond repair
And my armoured heart
Is dented and split now.

Warriors from Warriors they are made -
When the brightest rays of sun do fade
Into the darkest nights of need -
Imbibing the knights' voices that lead.
