Yourself Poem by Robert Matkovic

Yourself

Forth comes the sea
from whence it came?
Questions best left
or be the same

From the shore
I watch the struggle
The dancing heart
the bouncing juggle

Lost in time with space abound
haunting dreams make not a sound
Freed upon the silky skin
of where I once use to swim

What lies beneath may astound
What you find may trigger pain
All the more proof you're not insane

be it free or trapped inside
Make one note of not to lie
Tear your soul from it's source
and give your pain no remorse
