Your Smile Poem by Wright Palafox

Your Smile

From the very moment I saw you,
I knew—somehow—it was your smile
Which denied me sleep of countless nights…
I can’t stop thinking of you, even for a while…

Like the sunbeams during dawn,
Your smile radiates, shines and gleams,
Striking me with such brilliance—
Turning those nightmares into dreams~

Like the dazzle of the star-glittered heavens,
Your smile glows with hope-filled light,
Eager to take this longer glimpse
Of the most heart-warming sight…

And there you stand, imposed with that smile,
From a distance, I can clearly see,
What you’ve wanted me to know—
That dearly, you cared…for me…

Was the feeling always like this?
To verbally express, I’d dare!
Head over heels, it’s heavenly bliss!
Your smile’s beyond anyone’s compare…

You’ve been my one true reason…
and I LOVE YOU, that’s all I could say,
Oh, and one more thing—
YOUR SMILE makes my entire day!

*I'm smiling, smile back at me, PLEASE! *
