You Never Can Tell
Engagement ring promises are made
May love that's given, never fade
Two lovers hearts, now all aglow
Will romance last, too soon to know
Are the odds in their favour
Later they may fancy another flavour
Fingers crossed they are a success
And don't become, an emotional mess
Lets be optimistic and wish them well
It may work out, you never can tell
