You Are A Woman Poem by Tom D Lukhuleni

You Are A Woman

You might be a girl
You might be a single mother
You might be a widow
You might be a business-woman
You are a ''WOMAN''
And this is your time
Your time to restore the glory
Your time to to walk tall and rule again
You might be a maid
But that does not mean you must have everyone getting you laid
You might be a street vendor
But that does not mean that is where your life will end up
You might be a single mother
And that means you are a true soldire
You fighting your battles with a single sword
Yes, our country might be a land-locked kingdom
That does not mean even our minds are locked so we cannot think internationaly
You might not smile when your man is back from work because he is bad news
And that shall not break you
One day when man realise that he came from those legs they hurting
But because you are a woman you do not hold a grudge
But because you a woman you easily forgive
But because you a woman, and not just a woman
African, not only that but ''Swazi''
You are a woman.
And men shall respect that one day!
Oh yes! You are a woman!
You might be from South, North America
South, Noth Africa
No, you tribe does not matter
What matters the most is ''YOU ARE A WOMAN''
